Nat wouldn't sit in Santa's lap and really didn't want to go up to him- even when he offered her candy, but eventually she decided he looked okay and would give him a hug. That is at least progress from last year!
My parents and brother Tim came to visit and Nat made cookies for Santa with grandma. I don't quite know if she got what was going on but she was excited to open presents!
We spent a week in Oceanside and it was really nice to relax at a condo! It was right on the beach in front of the pier so we'd walk over there each day. And the weather was actually pretty good. We went swimming in the pool, but it wasn't quite warm enough for the ocean.
