Juan gave me a hard time this year about Easter festivities. Why should Nat participate in an easter egg hunt if she has no idea what she's doing? And why should she get an easter basket? Cuz mom said so that's why! ha ha ha. Luckily for me Juan humored me and Nat had a great Easter. Whether she knew it or not. :)
First of all between conference sessions on Saturday my friend Summer and I stopped by Albertsons and we snapped this photo of Nat with the Easter bunny. Not scared at all. She just stared at his head with a little look of confusion. side note- I didn't know the bunny was such a coke fan.
On Sunday after conference we went to a park and had a bbq and easter egg hunt w/ Juan's family and friends. I don't know how I missed feeling the earthquake but I'm glad I did.
Here's Nat's first egg hunt. She just went to the basket and wondered why there was nothing in it. Her cousin Eric did a great job helping her out.
So I was decently practical with Nat's basket and just got her eggs filled with sour jellybeans that Juan requested for himself and bubbles for Natalie. This basket was provided by family friends and was so great! The candy is currently sitting in a bowl right beside me taunting me. Natalie just gets to chew on the plastic eggs, but I don't think she minds.
Here's super cute Nat and cousin Abril. They sure know how to party!!
All the cousins on Juan's side.
